Allan Castro

Chief Executive Officer

Allan Castro, serves as Chief Executive Officer at The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland. Allan has been leading the planning and development of The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland since inception in 2018. Allan is a healthcare industry executive with 20 years of experience building, managing and growing health care centers, programs, products and teams that deliver results and provide value. Allan has worked at hospital systems, outpatient health centers, non-profit organizations and a national hospital association. This broad experience has allowed Allan to develop a wide-ranging health care and non-profit industry knowledge allowing him to assist healthcare and social services entities improve clinical and operational performance. Allan possess strong strategic, coalition-building, operational, analytical and interpersonal communication skills. 

Jana Grohman

Chief Operating Officer

Jana Grohman, serves as Director of Navigation and Operations for The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland. In her role she is focused on ensuring healthcare, therapeutic services as well as social and community services are made available to all individuals with special needs in our community. Jana is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor and Master of Social Work and a Licensed Master Social Worker. Jana has been apart of the non-profit community for the past 12 years. Before joining The MAC team, Jana was the Chief Operating Officer at Any Baby Can of San Antonio, Inc., where she provided executive leadership and strategic direction to shape and implement programming to improve the quality of life for families with children and youth with special health care needs. 

Crystal Calvillo

Navigation Director

Crystal Calvillo grew up in the small town of Robstown, TX. and is a first-generation college student. Crystal earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University – Kingsville and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Crystal has been a part of the San Antonio nonprofit community for the past 8 years, where she supported program implementation to improve the quality of life for families with children and youth with special health care needs. In her role at The MAC she is responsible for the leadership of The MAC Navigation Department; developing and maintaining long-term collaboration with Navigators, MAC Members and MACers.

Crystal "Crissy" Torres

Executive Administrative Coordinator

Crystal “Crissy” Torres serves as Executive Administrative Coordinator for The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland. In her position, she will work as a liaison between The MAC and the Board of Directors and support officers and building operations. She was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and is currently a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is completing her Bachelors in Sociology with plans to complete her master’s in social work. Her journey to work in social services began in 2017 with a local non-profit as a receptionist. Shortly after, she transitioned into the Executive Administrative Assistant, where she worked to support operations staff and helped bridge the Board of Directors to the agency. Crissy’s passion is to ensure that no individual with special needs goes without services and has the support they need to succeed.

Heather Long

Navigation Manager

Heather Long serves as a Navigation Manager for The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland. In her role, she is focused on performing comprehensive navigation services for MAC members and will provide supervision to navigators. Heather is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a Licensed Social Worker. Heather has been a part of the non-profit community for the past 27 years. Before joining The MAC team, Heather held positions across several programs with The Arc of San Antonio for the last four years as Director of Family Support Services program. Heather finds passion and purpose by serving families and individuals who need help understanding programs and services.   

Victoria Villafaña

Navigation Manager

Victoria Villafaña serves as a Navigation Manager for The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland. In her role, alongside Heather, she is focused on performing comprehensive navigation services for MAC members and will provide supervision to navigators. Victoria is a graduate from Texas A&M – Kingsville with a BA in Sociology/Psychology. Victoria has 18 years of experience in the non-profit community serving children with special health care needs and their families. Victoria’s passion is providing families with the education and tools to advocate for their child’s success.
